WHO IS THIS PERSON MAKING THESE MISTAKES?

#LetsCommunicate_BreakItDown
According to John Maxwell, “people don’t like to admit that they need to change. And if they are willing to alter things about themselves, they usually focus on cosmetic changes.” Now, do you think John Maxwell is right? John Killinger once said “Failure is the greatest opportunity I have to know who I really am.” The success that you work so hard to attain keeps getting far away from you most of the times because you still haven’t accepted responsibility for your failures. These failures and mistakes that you have experienced probably had come your way to help you understand yourself better. But you see… you were in a hurry to regret it and give up on your goals. There is absolutely nothing wrong in changing your mind. Nothing wrong with accepting your flaws, understanding yourself better, learning from it and succeeding.

“Don’t use your flaws as an excuse to quit. Move forward or sideways.” Garry Marshall.

Once you know your flaws, its time to start focusing on the things you’re good at. See yourself clearly, discover your strengths and build on them passionately. You can achieve anything your heart desires. Just give everything you’ve got to see your dream come true.
